The Embassy of Switzerland in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) announces vacancy for following position:
Finance-Administration Officer (70%-Position)
Scope of Functions
- Accounting – monthly bookings, VAT refund, budget monitoring
- Establishment of contracts in the particular system and managing project data in SAP system
- Assistance in financial supervision and monitoring of projects financed by the Swiss Government
- Support and replacement tasks, managing cash-box, evidence of health insurance
- Archiving and office procurement
- Other financial and administrative tasks, writing procedures, small translation…..
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in economics or business administration or equivalent education
- Practical work experience related to finances and administration
- Good working knowledge of English and German language (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team work skills
- Working knowledge of SAP software’s is considered an advantage
Start and Duration of the Engagement
The engagement shall start on 1st September 2016. The selected candidate will be awarded a one year contract with possible extension.
