IMPAKT Investment Foundation (IIF) supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is looking for a Finance Specialist in our office in Sarajevo.
Job title: Finance Specialist (m/f)
Job description:
- Project accounting, budgeting and forecasting;
- Administration of process of business incubation;
- Developing and reviewing full business plans, business models in multiple sectors;
- Diagnose business needs and gaps while developing suitable intervention plans;
- Continuous communication with entrepreneurs and provision of necessary information;
- Financial mentoring of entrepreneurs;
- Contributing to regular reporting requirements and evaluation activities;
- Participation in fundraising activities of IIF;
- Support in organising and delivery of training/workshop/conference events;
- Project daily operations, logistics and administrative support;
- Other activities related to implementation of IIF activities.
Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Business Management and Entrepreneurship or related Social Science discipline;
- 2 years previous work experience in business development support;
- Relevant experience in financial management and projects’ administration;
- Experience working with start-ups or new businesses development;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audience;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Computer literacy (MS Office), reporting and problem solving skills, analytical skills and result orientation;
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives;
- Accounting certificate will be seen as advantage;
- A driving license will be seen as advantage.
