BUSINESS ANALYST, PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME
(Sarajevo)
The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the company and its clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Within the systems development life cycle domain, the BA will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. BA will understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the company to achieve its goals.
Activities
- Guide stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieving project objectives
- Identify and resolve issues
- Identify business process improvement opportunities
- Identify and define business requirements
- Analyze and map business processes (current state/future state)
- Produce high quality documentation
- Report status and issues to the management.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture development from a business needs perspective
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Education and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Degree in Business or Finance
- Written and spoken fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with the internal team and the external stakeholders
- Highly innovative, creative and execution focused
- Previous data analyst experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- A “can-do” attitude and the ability to grasp technical concepts
- Able to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
- A high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
Location: Sarajevo
Hours: Part-time or Full-time
