SALES ASSOCIATE, FULL-TIME
(Sarajevo)
We are looking for a reliable candidate who will be able to identify sales opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients and create new ones.
Job Description:
Zooming in on the target market, contacting and interacting with prospects by matching their needs with our company’s services.
The key responsibilities that the sales associate will be entrusted with are:
- Seeking out new customers and sales opportunities for driving revenue
- Building long term relationships with key contacts and target customers
- Applying knowledge and experiences to streamline sales processes
- Initiating promotional events for the company
- Analyzing sale trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential
- Use various lead generation tools (website, blog, promotions, word of mouth, market research, emails etc.) to create database of potential targets
- Create target databases
Skills:
- Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations
- Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to work under deadlines, constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources
- Keen sense of using the internet and telephone as a medium to connect with prospects and customers
- Problem solving attitude
- Patience and the ability to tactfully handle prospects and customer negotiations
Experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a related field (internships do not count). Note: If this would be your first full-time job, do not apply.
- Bachelor's in Business or Economics. Note: If your master's degree is pending, do not apply.
- Written and spoken fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Location: Sarajevo
Hours: Full-time
