IMPAKT Investment Foundation (IIF) supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is looking for a Capacity Building Specialist in our office in Sarajevo.
Job title: Capacity Building Specialist (m/f)
Job description:
- Supporting and developing and reviewing full business plans, business models in multiple sectors;
- Administration of business incubation process;
- Continuous communication with entrepreneurs and provision of necessary information;
- Contributing to regular reporting requirements and evaluation activities;
- Participation in fundraising activities of IIF;
- Delivery of training/workshop/conference events;
- Coordination of the incubation and entrepreneurial learning programme for new entrepreneurs;
- Provide mentoring and support programme for established entrepreneurs.
- Implementation of activities related to development of the outcomes-based payment concept within ALMPs;
- Project daily operations, logistics and administrative support;
- Other activities related to implementation of IIF activities.
Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Entrepreneurship or related Social Science discipline;
- 2 years previous work experience in business development support;
- Experience working with start-ups or new businesses development;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audience;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Computer literacy (MS Office), reporting and problem solving skills, analytical skills and result orientation;
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives;
- A driving license (must).
