YEP incubator of business ideas continues to work at full steam. Today we realised training in three locations: Zenica, Cazin and Banovići.
In Zenica, incubator is in the last phase, today participants are dealing with financial projections and organisation of human resources. Trainers are Arijel Hadžić, counsellor in Bureau Visoko (Employment Service of Zenica – Doboj Canton) and Senajid Đozo, IIF employee with finance and entrepreneurship expertise. Involvement of trainers from PES of ZDC is based on a signed Memorandum on understanding and cooperation, but also on previous YEP activities related to the development of human capacities during the reform of those institutions in which YEP invested a lot of effort. Mr Hadžić himself went through training on entrepreneurship through previous YEP phase.
On other hand, in Cazin we have just begun, it is the second day of training in which participants are getting knowledge about registration of business venture, costs of registration, and phases of production or serviceable process. Each training module helps participants to prepare business plans and business models that they will present to the Committee.
In the end, the fourth day of training held in Banovići with focus on marketing and sale, which is important for a business and spread of the network of clients. A representative of Banovići municipality was involved in today’s training; he presented Municipality programs of support to entrepreneurship and procedures and costs of registration of a trade.
